Though clans have different characteristics, the camps where the cats live are generally the same. There are different dens - the leaders den, the warriors den, the nursery, the elders den, the medicine cats den, and the apprentice den. The training hollow, the battle training area for each clan, is also located near the camp.
Leaders Den: Where the leader sleeps
Warriors Den: Where the warriors, senior warriors, and deputy sleep. In the series Warriors, it is stated that the more experience you have as a warrior, the closer you sleep to the middle of the den
Nursery: Where the queens and their kits sleep and live. During their first days, kits don't leave the nursery
Elders Den: Where the elders sleep and live
Medicine Cat Den: Where the medicine cat and medicine cat apprentice live. Herbs are stored here too
Apprentice Den: Where the apprentices sleep
Clearing in the Camp: Where cats eat and chat when they have time
Fresh-Kill Pile: A pile of fresh prey that anyone can take from to eat. Warriors and apprentices are the ones who catch the prey
