The River

*he steps slowly toward a vole and then pounces when he's close enough. holding the weak prey in his claws, he bites its throat*

*drops into a crouch and stalks a mouse, slashing its neck at the right time*

*arrives with Owlfeather and Rosepaw running after her*

*he sees a mouse and creeps up at first and then dashes after it, killing it with his claws*

*she carefully conceals herself as she hears the footsteps of a squirrel. the squirrel can't see are hear her as she follows the prey with patient eyes. the squirrel bends down to look for a nut, and she flashes forward with her claws slashing forward, hitting the squirrel accurately on the neck*

*He sees a squirrel that has strayed near the river. He crouches down and creeps toward the squirrel. He is right behind it and suddenly pounces, grabbing the prey with his claws and ending its life with a bite*

*A scent of vole hits her nose. She uses her nose to find the critter next to the river. She sprints forward, out-running the prey and kills it with her claws*

*he spots a mouse running around the banks of the river and hides himself*
*the mouse stops, but keeps moving after it doesn't feel anything*
*with the wind against him, he lashes out at the mouse and bites its throat*
