*walks into her old den, the place she had known as home for a long time. settles down in her old nest, tears running down her face*
"Spottytail, I want to go home! Take me home... please."
*her voice shakes as she says these words*

*appears beside Dawnfur*
"Dawnfur, you are home. Home is where the people who care about you are. Home is where you are loved."

[Dawnfur]

"I was loved here. I was cared for here."

[Spottytail]

"True, but you chose to leave."

"I want to come back. I want to be a kit again, to have my sister by my side, my mother still alive."
*buries her head in her nest*

"You know that is impossible. As you were told when I died, this has made you who you are. This has shaped your destiny."
*licks Dawnfur's ear comfortingly*

*raises her voice, yelling now*
"I don't want to be who I am! I want a normal life!"

"What is not normal about your life?"

[Dawnfur]

"I see things I shouldn't! I see my sister dying nearly every night in my dreams! I hear her shrieks of pain whenever I am alone! I see her eyes staring up at me in puddles! I see omens everywhere! What is normal about my life!"

[Spottytail]

"You have a clan that loves you. Leafpelt looks up to you. Everyone respects you."

*hisses in desperation*
"Don't you get it? No one has a life like mine! I ran away from my clan. Stormclan only adopted my as one of them because Rainfeather died! They accepted me because they had no choice."
