*glances at them both* Good job, now Runningbrook and I have decided to give you an assesment. We will be lurking in the forest, your job, *flicks her tail to the 3 mice by her feet* Is to protect these. Keep them away from us, claws seathed. *eyes glint* "Your goal is to keep these from us until sundown. We will try to take them, in case you haven't figured that out. Be alert, be on guard. This will test all your skills." *Turns away and begins to pad somewhere, but turn and calls a encouragment* Good luck.

*Stops to consider this, but grabs the other mouse* "Maybe. Maybe not. After all we have been training for 6 moons and we have lots of battle experience. Maybe at the next battle. But lets not stop to talk, I know a perfect place to hide." *slips into the stream beside her* "They'll lose out scent in the water."

*A few heartbeats after the apprentices disappear far down river, she appears with Seastar, glancing at her in confusion as the scent appears lost. A word from Seastar, she takes the river in a single bound, and sniffs the air in confusion.* "The scent isn't on this side either!"

*Narrows eyes then open them quickly* "Of course!" *flicks tail rapidly* "They swam down the river so we lost their scent," *twitches ears at Runningbrook* "Stay on that side, you look for where they got out on this side, I'll look on the other." *begins to trot down the river side looking for sprayed water or a faint scent of the apprentices*

(yikes!) *crouches in the bushes, her mouse with Emberpaw, she notices their mentor and dashes back to the Great-pine. Unhiestiating she scrambles up it and settles a brach beside Emberpaw* "They're comming, I think they figured your plan out." *Feels slightly wobbly and digs her claws deeper into the bark, flicking her tali nervously* "What happens if they find us, we can't drop the mice and we can't jump or they'll get us."

(double yikes!) "We've been over this, or were you not listening again! See how out branch is firm and unwavering?" *flicks tail along the branch* "Well if they come for us, we'll wait till they can come back down very quickly and we'll dash, jump and land on the other tree, it's barely a fox length across! Then," *flicks ears*, "We'll race down that fallen tree like a hill slope!"

*Chases after them calling,* "It's all right! You can stop running now! It's sundown already" *Flicks ears* "Excellent job," she mews, "It was very clever about the river, you did amazingly well against us. Well talk about your warrior cerimony in the next moon."
