Heavy with kits

[Brighteyes]

Brighteyes made her way into the nursery, her belly swollen. "Hello?" She called out.

[Brightstar]

There was an eerie silence that emminated throughout the entire camp. The call rang throughout the entire camp, showing clearly how empty and hollow it was. A few stray winter leaves rustled as the wind blew.

Up in StarClan, Brighstar looked sadly down upon Brighteyes. She mewed to her partner, a white cat with gray spots, a suggestion, and afte a moment of consent and pondering-- the other cat dissepeared and made down upon the earth.

[Airheart]

Airheart was the cat Brighstar was refeering too. She set her starry paws down upon the earth and padded up behind Brighteyes. She hesitated, and spoke. "You won't find them here," she mewed quietly, settling down and wrapping a transparent tail around her paws neatly.

[Brighteyes]

[ Perfect. But, yes, can you Pm me a bit more info please? I would like to know I bit more. ] Brighteyes flashed around. "Who isn't here? And w-who are you?" The ghostly fourm spooked her a little, ecxept her snent was. . . reasuring?

[Airheart]

"Fin the ones you are looking for," The she-cat mewed symbolically. "Your ancestors, and your clanmates."

She paused, then stood. "I am Airheart. I was once part of a Clan who lived here when I was alive. When I died, I became part of StarClan-- the cats that walk the stars. But... before I died, and before these cats left... I was a part of StormClan."

[Snowfall]

*Just outside the entrance with Fallenstar* //This walk will do her good. Having Rainstorm's kits and all.// *Her ears twitch when she hears cats talking* //Airheart? No, that can't be right...Can it?// *Stays put waiting for Fallenstar to catch up* //I can't hear anything. Maybe I should go in there.//

[Brightstar]

She scampered out from under the hush she was hiding in, watching the scene. "Airheart!" she hissed plaintively, looking nervously to the entrance of the camp. "Hurry! You promised you'd only see Brighteyes-- not all of StormClan!

[Airheart]

"I know! I know," Airheart's blue eyes flickered nervously to the camp entrance. "Just one more minute please, can you buy me some time?"

[Fallenstar]

*Slowly catches up to Snowfall* Alright, this walk is getting the best of me.

[Brightstar]

Brighstar's eyes narrowed. She didn't like being bossed around by cats under her own rank, even if they did at one time be part of a phrophecy. "Alright," she mewed quietly, deciding that she would have some fun with this. "But you are not going to like hwo I'm going to do it."

But at least I'll have an excuse!

And without another word-- she loped up and through the camp entrence.

FernClanners had a special way of doing things. They had often excepted rouges, loners, and kitty-pets into their clan. On one condition. They had to beat a member of the clan in a fight.

And Brightstar was going to see how good of a fighter Airheart had trained her apprentice to be.

[Brighteyes]

Brighteyes was shaking slightly. Okay. . . then where are they? If they aren't here. . .then?

[Airheart]

Her eyes flicked nervously to the entrence if the camp-- she could hear the snarl Brightstar let loose as she sprang-- "They are there. I am here. Many of your ansectors are.." She lifted her gaze to the sky, "...up there."

She slowly sat down, knowing that her time with Brighteyes was drawing to a close. She had to leave before she said something she'd regret. "Trust your heart, keep your eyes on the stars, and never, ever, let go of those close to you." Airheart blinked the emotion out of her eyes as she began to fade.

[Brighteyes]

Brighteyes gasped as Airheart began to fade. "Wait! But. . .?" Her voice faded away. 'Trust your heart, keep your eyes on the stars, and never, ever, let go of those close to you.' She repeated it in her mind. "But how can I do that. . . if I am alone?" She murmured

[Fallenstar]

*Smiles at her friend and sees Brightstar* Birhgtstar? *The she-cat leaps at her, Fallenstar's eyes grow wide as she scrambles out of the way*
What? What is Brightstar doing? Why is she attacking me?

[Brightstar]

Prove yourself worthy! Brighstar roared in her mind. She tucked and rolled neatly to the side, reeling up on her hind legs. "Show me you are the one strong enough to lead them!" She snarled, and her unsheathed claws came down in a furry of movement-- launching herself again at the evading queen.
